Headphones suggestions

I think the current headphones I have are crap, theyre more designed for gaming than listening for music, so for christmas imma gunna buy me some new ones, but I havent got the slightest clue about them

my budget is around abouts £150, and the headphones will be mainly used to listen to idm, drum and bass, detroit techno and acid.

ill be listening to them via the pc which has quite a decent soundcard, cost me £100 or something similar

i dont think I'd want to go so far to buying headphones which require their own amp either, cause I dont understand that.
