this song was hanging at RYM starting page for about a month a while ago. i loved it, i used to play every time i logged into rym, really thought i should get really into that genre, but then i thought that'll be incredibly hipsterish and dropped this notion completely.

Bossa Nova had a large influence in a lot of his music and went fairly unchallenged.

I'm only familiar with older bossa nova and its founding artists. I prefer Tropicália but really appreciate classic bossa nova, it's so much better than most "chill-out" music.
