The songs I have not heard.

Hey guys, I was just poking around the BoC Discogs and there are a few public (kinda) releases I have not heard and I was wondering if I could maybe get the files from you guys. If these aren't available just let me know. (P.S. I would check the downloads section first.. but y'know.)

Surfaise (The Trade Winds Mix by Boards of Canada) - http://www.discogs.com/Michael-Fakesch-Demon-1/release/41971

Sandsings (Remixed By Boards of Canada)- http://www.discogs.com/Mira-Calix-Pin-Skeeling/master/2601 (This one is probably dead easy to find, I'm just lazy)

Unknow Title - http://www.discogs.com/John-B-Rambo-Notgoinganywhere-Vol-1/release/1932136 (This one is just a big "siiggghhh"... what the fuck is an "unknow title"?)

Engine (Nissan Commercial) - http://www.discogs.com/Chris-Cunningham-The-Work-Of-Director/release/839586 (I've seen the commercial, just wanted to know if you have the file)

Susie And Junie - http://www.discogs.com/Jakobsen-Untitled-Debris-From-A-Fragmented-Culture-Volume-4/release/1204498

http://www.discogs.com/Paramnesic-Dissociative/release/1143126 (any of the three from here)

Spiro - Warp20 box (I know what it's all about, just never heard the loop.)

We've Started Up - http://www.discogs.com/Various-Komplizieren-Herz/release/1535097

There are probably rules against posting any of this but any info would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Surfaise, Sandsings and Spiro are all on Soulseek.

We've Started Up is from Old Tunes vol. 2. It actually had a release elsewhere? Interesting..

Susie And Junie, could it be an early version of Judie and Candy? It's not on Soulseek from what I can tell.

The Poppy Sead remix on Paramnesic - Dissociative is also on Soulseek. I notice Buckie High listed also, another Old Tune song. Did BOC give this stuff away? :p

Well, I did mention that there are probably rules against posting any stuff.

I said "any info would be appreciated".

Hah, I should've realized that We've Started Up is on Old Tunes. I have heard that song. Thanks for the info.

We've Started Up is also a remix of another track, in a similar vein as Trapped or Midas Touch.

what's Susie and Junie? According to that discogs page, it was released in 2004, 2 years after Geogaddi.

Based on the tracklisting for that release, I'd wager that it's a short audioclip and not a full track (being part of track 20)

It could also be a bit of Julie and Candy, and was mis-named.

just biked in to say that julie and candy is one of the best boc songs ever created, and just one of the best songs in general.

Essines has, and always will remind me of MacReady.

The Sandsings remix is my favorite remix of theirs. Surfaise is good too though. Before imeem was bought by MySpace I had a playlist with all these remixes.

the few old flash files from the old boc site had music in it; not sure if anybody ever did this, but i opened the swfs up in a decompiler and exported the mp3s.

for 06m, there was also an 06f audio track, which was accompanying sound effects, wasn't really worth exporting but let me know if i should!

I wish there was a studio quality version of the Julie and Candy from the live sets. In the live sets you can really hear the pulsing, lysergic drumroll that's pushed to the background in the album version.

After this I listened to geogaddi and I didn't like it, I was quite vomitting at some tracks, I realized they were too crazy for my ears, they took too much acid to play music I stupidly thought (cliché of psyché music) But I knew this album was a kind of big forest where I just wasn't able to go inside.

I was in US tjis summer, and eat in KFC. FUCK That's the worst thing i've ever eaten. The flesh simply doesn't cleave to the bones. Battery ferming. And then, foie gras is banned from NY state, because it's considered as ill-treat. IT'S NOT. KFC is tourist ill-treat. YOU POISONERS! Two hours after being to KFC, i stopped in a amsih little town barf all that KFC shit out. Nice work!

So i hope this woman is not like kfc chicken, otherwise she'll be pulled to pieces.

I just got done listening to the live Julie and Candy version ( I didn't know there was a live version ) and wow...pretty fuckin sick. They really need to release a better quality version . The bass is pretty intense .

Gotta love bass .
