Can't change my avatar!

trying to change it from what it is to this:

whenever I browse and change it to a new pic it just comes up as the old one...... can anyone help me?

i noticed when i tried to change my avatar the same thing happened and it took about 12 hours for the new one to start showing up in my posts, until then it showed my old picture as the one being displayed which lead me to believe it wasn't working.

Overwrite it

You have to press F5 if it refreshes with the same picture. F5 will refresh with the new one.
