Mixing music with I-Doser

Recommended Posts

binaural beats definitely work, try meditating while using a binaural beat as the background music. For me personally they are equally as effective as forms of sensory deprivation like a mind-fold or ganzfeld goggles.

i think a better question is does this shit work or is it placebo effect. I know scientifically it's supposed to work, but I've never known anyone who's done it. I'm curious.

There is a shit load that has to be said about the placebo effect however.

Read an (unofficial) forum about that some years ago and most people looked honests while describing the effects. Remember whhen we "illegaly" downloaded one with my friend and obviously we didn't felt the effects (I have to say we didn't do it properly: you have to listen to and hour of low-noise), but since we din't bought them and we didn't listenned enough, it is like if we did not have tried.

I think it may be working. I mean, why not?

I-doser and iso-tones.com definitely work for me, can be quite intense experiences. You have to work with it and learn to use your mind for the experience to truly unwrap.
