BobDobalina
Seems a bit odd that this would require an extension, no? Something like memory bloat should be addressed in the core, I thought on the whole that ff has aimed for light, fast, stable, etc. Probably give this a try anyway. What this extension does is auto-purge the memory FF is no longer using based on the limits set. But I agree, this is something the app itself should handle. Chrome has a Purge Memory button on it's processes tab. Nah, I got a good deal on RAM when I bought the parts for this machine. Also, all my life I've had a crap machine that meant I had to wait three or four years after a decent PC game had come out for a machine good enough to play it. So I thought I'd be ahead of the curve. I do run W7 64bit though, and Empire Total War, which just gets by on maximum graphics.
