Post in this thread if the blizzard is fucking you up

My flight to Kentucky to see my family just got canceled due to this stupid blizzard. I could fly out of a runway with 6 inches of snow, total bull shit.

Yeah we've been snowed in with a foot of snow outside our front door, due for it to clear tonight/tomorrow. Looks like they got that all fucking wrong because the foot of snow has turned to ice and its just started fucking snowing again.

its been comin down decent enough in Maryland, US for those that dont know

but the lads on the eastern shore tend to freak out about anything snow related...so its been funny

i love driving slowly on the snowy avenues to go on some semi-pointless journey (getting pizza bites, some beer, etc.)

holy crap, I'm at the airport and they're using industrial snow melters + fucking huge bull dozers to clear the runways, it's ridiculous.

My g/f is on her way to my place by train with 80 min delay (usually it’s a train ride of ~74 min)

I'm sitting on a rocking chair and just watching these mother fuckers plow all day (have to wait like 10 hours for my flight) and this industrial snow melter is fucking awesome. Tons of steaming hot water just pouring out the back, tons of steam. Massive bulldozers and tractor plows raping the field of snow with full force. So crazy. Also google is giving out free wi-fi for the holidays, thank god.

A couple of inches of snow in Norfolk and it's fucking baltic. I'm a nesh Englishman.

I spent about 6 hours digging out my modestly sized driveway, I still have about 40% to go.

Maryland does not have the snow budget to deal with these larger snow storms that come around every 10 yeas or so.
