here are some that get stuck in my head all the time, to the point of not being able to have them on my ipod for very long:

Chad Van Gaalen - Blood Machine

I got into this guy's stuff about three weeks ago, and this song pops into my head just about every day.

Molten Light also gets stuck in my head a fair bit, and has an awesome music video that everyone should watch:

For some reason Kiss from a Rose by Seal always gets stuck in my head, even though I haven't heard it for a few years. I think it's because it's one of those melodies that doesn't need music supporting it for it to make sense.

Neutral Milk Hotel's Aeroplane over the Sea was getting stuck in there for a while too. Buying the album seemed to get it out of my system. Either that or Seal just became too domineering...

Hall & Oats 'I Can't Go For That' (the beat is hypnotic, 3 or 4 of their songs have this same hypnotic quality)

I'm starting work on an 80's vs modern times DJ mix right now and this is one of the tracks.

God Only Knows - The Beach Boys

This song is one of my earliest memories, and if I could only retain one melody in my mind for the rest of my life, this one would be it. It's perfect.

couldn't get this bit of new romantic cheese out of my head when I heard it on some 80's comp at a mates house

i think 80's pop was founded on the catchy radio hook
