There is quite a bit of distorted speech, but I don't think we'll ever have a hope of making it out. Personally, I'm more interested in the speech on Words (processed) from Words & Music. There's a good chunk of an interview there, if someone could be arsed to decode it all.

Well, someone managed to decode the start of Milkman. You tell me.

How the hell does one decode a "ring- modulator" why not apply the same process to Milkman to this and see what happens just for the hell of it?

isnt the big problem the loads of noise on top of that? i would imagine it would take quite some time just to seperate those frequencies from the voices, if possible.

if i remember correctly though, the beginning of milkman does not have any other noises apart from the disguised voice....whereas White Blur 2 you have a lot of other surface noises interfering with what is said...i think like a helicopter noise, some chimes, etc. etc.
