Candiru
I just recently got into Tortoise and I fucking love them. First albums I heard were TNT and Beacons of Ancestorship. I love basically all their stuff, but TNT seems to be an endlessly rewarding masterpiece that will lift you up on a bad day. J3FF3R00
TNT. It makes me so happy to see so many of you on the same page. Fantastic album from beginning to end. I first got into them 11 or 12 years ago when that album was new. I got it knowing absolutely zero about who Tortoise was or what kind of music they played. I actually bought it solely based on the album cover. One of the most rewarding record purchases of my life. Also makes me proud to be from Chicago!
