i will admit some terrible shit like Right Said Fred, Chumbawumba, and shite the likes of whoever did that Macarena song were legendary bad, but these guys are blowing up like Lady Gaga. they've been charting in the US for months now, but it seems the bad music is spreading. not to mention they both look like total douches. must be what those twats on Jersey Shore listen to in their cars.

She's a watered down, compacted, mainstream-friendly mix of electroclash, LGBT culture, glam-rock, and about a dozen other subcultures that have already seen there day. So I guess she's novel to the ignorant public who limit their musical taste to top 40 billboard hits.

Lady Gaga grinds my gears. I wish it were just bland pop pap, I don't mind bad efforts, but her stuff is really fucking annoying too. don't think it was fair to bundle chumbawamba in there. they're about a lot more than 'tubthumping', which was more or less an accidental hit. if you read a bit more about chumbawamaba, i bet you'll be a bit surprised.

check out 'the boy bands have won' to see an entirely different direction. not saying they're everyone's cup of tea, but a little unfair to compare them to lady gaga or pop nonsense if you ask me.
