What's your favorite tipple?

Well the weekend has just began for me over here in London. It's bloody freezing and I have just finished all work and chores. Seeing as I spend my working life outside I am going to shut the door on my shed and just play tunes for the rest of the day. To help things along a bit I am tucking into some Erdinger German wheatbeer, pretty tasty it is too. Have some Honey Dew organic ale as well which is pukka. Some say alcohol is a bit of a disease over here in the UK but for me its a way of life and a way to chill out.

After beer I would have to say Bourbon is my second favorite drink (always straight, never mixed). I would be interested to hear from any Americans what they think is a good bourbon, over here we don't get much apart from JD and Jim Beam, though I have tried Bullet, Makers Mark and Eligh Craig.

my number one is also bourbon. michters is the best, but the more affordable maker's is my go-to, or old gran dad on a tighter budget.
