If you are going to sell, I would say now is a good time since many people are realizing it's not that hard to source and build yourself. And is a lot cheaper than buying a used or built and sold one. Also 303's are going for around $2000 and I can only see that number getting higher the further away from the 80's we get. So people are quite into the affordable 303's at the moment (future retro, x0x box, etc).
