Guest John Matrix
I recently bought the Warp20 2pack from bleep, as they stopped selling them in stores a few weeks ago, and it was all well and good until I found that pretty much all the tracks have about a second or so of the next song at the end, I dont know if it is meant to be that way 'cause the copy of go plastic I had was given to me by a friend (burnt cd) and didn't do this, but a few other copies I tested did. so is there a certain point where the copies started doing this? (I assume because all the Warp20 2Packs are brand new CDs) or is it down to how I ripped it? (WMP, 320KB/s) I know the description might have been a bit vauge so I cooked up some samples in the attachments, the first is the outro to red hot car, which has a slice of boneville at the end, which messes up the intro of boneville. Guest John Matrix
I'll give it a shot, but the tracks are burned on the CD like that... and it's not just RHC & BO either, nearly all the tracks do it. do older copies do this? (I want to see before i decide on shelling out for another copy) Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/52543-go-plastic-ultrav-2pack-problem/#findComment-1215356 Share on other sites
Guest bitroast
might be wrong but i thought the double packs were just the original pressings bundled together. older copies dont have this problem, but try eac or foobar or itunes or something before shelling out for another copy :P Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/52543-go-plastic-ultrav-2pack-problem/#findComment-1215822 Share on other sites
Bubba69
I think my copy has this "flaw". On a normal cd player it blends perfectly though, unless it is on track shuffle or something. Guest John Matrix
yeah, it blends fine on cd players/Ipod but it kinda ruins it for me as I shuffle most of my music. it's just annoying to have the lil' sharp noises at the end, and the missing intros. I'll try my itunes and that, but it looks like it'll have to be a new copy :( Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/52543-go-plastic-ultrav-2pack-problem/#findComment-1216226 Share on other sites
