Guest spraaaa
This thing is cool but it's not what I need right now. Have not tried the tape output or expansion slot, but everything else works for sure. Asking $160 + shipping from Missouri to wherever you are. Guest Sprigg
Also, how versatile is it in terms of sound output? Can it do electronic drum sounds (i hate natural sounds in the stuff I make, never sounds right) and possibly be used for other types f sounds, or is it strictly a drum machine? Guest spraaaa
just midi, so if you have a sound card/interface then yes the sounds are all sampled waveforms, don't know the technical name, but they are a mix of drum kit sounds and electronic sounds. there are 96 voice slots (you can use any of them in any pattern) and each voice can store the waveform you want as well as pitch, envelope, and filter settings. so you could take the presets and just use the electronic ones, or add envelopes and stuff to all the kit sounds and turn them into weird swooshes and kicks. a lot of them sound more electronic if you just pitch them weirdly. there are also some basic synth waveform sounds, but even being able to use the pads like a keyboard, it's probably not a substitute for a synth. sorry for the slow reply, I don't have internet access at home for another week or so. Guest Sprigg
Unfortunately I have since run into car issues, which have drained me of all my extra money. Sounds nice though, would have loved to be able to tinker with it. Guest spraaaa
that sucks, drum machines are more important than cars but missouri is not built around this principle.
