what a pile of disappointing poo. poor adam buxton (see my sig for his better days) seems almost apologetic in his role.

I want everything to be alright for adam buxton :(

I described this to my brother and parents as shit but funny. I enjoy it even if it is awful.

Adam Buxton is way better when he's just being himself.

I love Buxton too. I vaguely remember him admitting in the Adam&Joe podcasts that this was going to be shit.

I assume he'll have a role in one of the upcoming Edgar Wright films. In fact, Ant-Man is co-written by Joe Cornish. Surely a guarantee.

why have i never listened to their podcast? i am stupid.

They've been on a break since Christmas, but I think they're back on BBC 6 Music this Saturday, 10am 'til 1pm.

Check out there old Xfm pods as well. I still listen to them on occasion.

I didn't want to start a new thread, but for anyone that's a fan of Adam and Joe there's an Easter Special podcast available on the BBC6 website and via iTunes.

Buxton is also fronting a themed mixtape show on Sunday afternoons, also available on both sites. This weekend's mixtape most notably includes Vangelis

They've been filming 'Attack the Block' near me in south London for about 3 weeks last month, which is his directorial debut about an alien attack on a housing estate. I've just looked for some footage and all its giving me is some ridiculous Brixton vs Peckham gang videos.

i'm listening to adam's new radio 6 show from sunday. julian barret's on later. funny and fairly good mix of music so far.
