A question about a photo displayed in Berlin

This is a complete long shot but I'm hoping someone here might know the answer. A friend of mine went to Berlin recently and saw a large poster of a photograph (I think the picture was on a remaining part of the Berlin wall, though I'm not 100% sure of that) but couldn't find who it was by - I'm trying to find information about it so I can [hopefully] get a copy of it for their birthday. That is one cool page! I've got so many untitled pictures from various blogs lying around so now I can finally find out who made those pictures. Thanks!
