Doesn't sound all that rare to me. I also have mild symptoms of it...

i have them too. i have 5 bumps shaped like the letter "H" underneath my head. I guess the frenulum(?). I thought it was from circumcision

What you need to do is find yourself a small and VERY sharp instrument. I have found a syringe needle to be perfect as it is very sharp and pointed .

 

Start off by finding a noticebly large spot, preferably on its own.I say this because the first one is by far the most difficult to do until you get the hang of it.A large single one is an easy target.

This sounds painful,but it is not really.There will only be a small spot of blood.The fordyce spot looks almost like a small blackhead pip and is quite hard too.It is no wonder they dont go away.
