stuff about electronic music

Pretty hilarious. This is pretty accurate of most local electronic shows I've experienced.

I enjoy the fragility of the rolling lol tbh. The broken lol is like our own mortality staring us in the face, reminding us to enjoy that sunset.

note to self - sample some pine cones

Been done. Warren Defever released a whole e.p. of pinecone samples back in the mid 90s.

FUCKING LOL

FYI , you could buy pine cones at the local grocery store last Christmas, for wreathes, but i guess cause they are out of season they were going for ridiculous prices, something like 1 dollar a pine cone. i'm pretty sure i'm going to get into this business, i could make millions

Reminds me a bit of the last "experimental" show I went to; a dude there was playing a disposable pie tin. He had a contact mic held against the tin and positioned them really closely to an amp to generate feedback. Also, he had a bit of water rolling around in the tin to change the sound a bit. Sounds cooler in theory than in practice..
