Help me Stop Touching my Face

So, I work in a hospital and a high school so I really shouldn't be touching my face at all when at work for obvious reasons.

Momma didn't breast feed so I'm orally fixated +++, but I also have a habit of touching my eyes, nose, and lips constantly.

I'm just getting over strep throat and thinking that I should be healthier if I can just stop touching my mucous membranes.

Any ideas?

I stopped biting my nails, but then started cracking my knuckles so maybe I need to replace my face-touching habit with another habit, but I can't think of one.

Seriously though - best thing to break a habit like that is to be aware of yourself doing it, and consciously stop yourself - put your hands in your pockets, twirl a pen, etc. I stopped biting my nails when I was 12 by doing that.

Put a rubber band around your wrist and snap it - HARD - every time you catch yourself touching your face.

I just touched my face again. I don't realize I'm doing it until afterward. I CAN'T STOP SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME AHHHHHHHHHH

turn it into a drinking game. everytime you touch your face take a drink.

Put itching powder on other parts of your body. That way you are too busy scratching the other parts of your body to worry about touching your face.

I feel you TD. I have a problem picking my nose. If i feel the slightest tickle or sensation, I pick it. I can't fucking stop until it's 100% booger-free.

i have a problem with rubbing my eyes, they itch alot. I don't do it when awake but am pretty sure that I do it when asleep, since they're pretty red in the morning, once I also woke up once in the middle of scratching them.
