There pretty good mate and worth your time. They are one of those bands that have the potential to record something mega. I have Alligator and Boxer both are real good albums but I have the feeling they could do a real killer if they get it right.

Their tour will coincide with the release of their next album

(supposedly they've said that the next one will be their best)

They've actually added a 2nd show to Philly (June 4th). Glad to see they can make two nights in a big city happen. Will be there on the 5th, can't wait.

going to see them tonight in denver. i'm triple pumped up, cant wait to see how they sound live. high violet is my favorite album of 2010.

it was great. lots of boxer was played. half of high violet. some alligator. very energetic. i really wanted to hear sorrow but it probably didnt fit the vibe of the rest of the show so i understand. they finished with a kind of a gay vanderlye cry baby geeks acoustic crowd sing along at the end... i would've loved it except my wife was laughing. later found out she thought everyone was going to explain it all to the geese instead of geeks.

good show. 7/10.

This is also what I heard upon my first listening, but I only noticed the line right at the end. So for 99% of the song I was totally wrapped up in the beauty of the piece, and then for the duration of that last chord I was all
