Why do you think the festivals a good idea and what sets it apart from others, in your opinion?

In my opinion as a professional practitioner of the performing arts who has received several awards for creative endeavour and who hopes to receive many more of the same, not withstanding an as yet unpremeditated "fall from grace", I think that it promotes positive cultural development by allowing forward thinking musicians to be heard in public.

I would describe it as indie-rock guitar with a triumph-over-adversity feel.
