i bought the first 7" with the prayer book, but the 2nd single wasn't that great, hoping the album is.

Positive Metal Attitude

Really love his broken voice. Am looking forward to this like hell. Seems to be leaked, huh?

Thought it was horrible at first, am a little excited for this album now...

THATS HOW U NO U GOD WHEN YOU GOTA MODEL AND SHE THROW UP ON YO DICK BECAUSE ITS SO BIG AND YOUR IN A LIMO GOING TO A LIL B CONCERT - Lil B

Mh. The album is a bit disappointing at first listen. Really hoped for more tracks like Ancestors... hope it'll grow on me. Can't understand why he uses this sharp voice filter on almost every single track.

Are there multiple versions (in terms of quality) that have leaked?? I had to stop listening to the one I had because of shitty quality (less that 192 kbps).

I am not a big van of his vocal style but I will reserve judgment till I hear it in decent quality.

As others have said, I love the instrumentals but just can't stand his voice on most tracks.

Yeah, if FlyLo, GLK and others handle most of the production duties, I would hold out for an instrumental version- I don't think Warp has done that for any of their other releases with vocals though- have they? Maybe if it isn't selling well they'll consider it...

how many tracks does FlyLo produce on this? i'm not sure i'm that much of a fan of GLK's production.

I think just one

Gaslamp Killer does most of the album, i'm pretty sure. i think the album is worth it for his production alone. he's one to watch.

Yeah true, with some good production that would be more likable. I'll probably still check out the album out of curiosity, but what I've heard of the singing just sounds...wrong. Like he's croaking, help me I'm dying.

Pleasantly surprised by this album considering I hated the track on FlyLo's Los Angeles, and am pretty wary of any of Warps shrewd hipster bait signings, but the album is good. Quite an interesting mesh of styles: dubstep folky psychedelic hip hop with the occasional sprinkling of Stooges type punk and mellow Stevie Wonder disco funk with a doped up Captain Beefheart crooning over the top. That said I had pretty low expectiations and I don't know if it will hold up over time, but overall Im enjoying it.
