does anyone else put up with the annoying belief defying scenarios, the annoying episode formula, the poor attempts at zanyness (such as poor CGI) and basically every other character, just to see Hugh Laurie?

Really enjoyed the first two series, series three was patchy, pretty crud from there with the occasional good episode. Like Lost. However unlike Lost, there isn't an intriguing arc that makes you want to find out what happens in the end.

Maybe if House had a smoke monster. Or Faraday.
