Projecting Comptuerized Imaged From A Computer Onto A Wall

how could i do this?

project some kind of laser light image, coming from my computer, running ableton live, with the visual image being digitally converted to multicoloured minimalist lines and circles, onto a blank wall in a dark room?

ableton, to jitter(?), then out from my computer to projector?

Turn up the contrast on the projector and turn down the brightness...

This is a bit extreme, but this is what you're after, right?

but i think it'd be rather difficult. to find some kind of recognition software that would recreate teh ableton screen

i'm sure you could certainly do it but you'd probably have to write your own/get someone to write some custom software

Make an animation and pretend you're playing live, like everybody else.

so in other words you want pong protected on a screen synced with the music
