Ryan McAllister - BGNJadeDub

Another one I did this weekend, this is kinda a down-tempo dubby future dance beat, similar in sound to Two Fingers, with some fast breaks mixed in. I dropped in an acapella by Ms Jade in as well. Pretty dope i think.

truthfully i just don't know what to call it. i guess it's an over-generalization to call it dubby just cause it has a couple wobbles here and there.

Yeah, seeing as wobble-bass has nothing to do with dub.

ya but it has a little to do with dubSTEP. if i could change the title now i would but unfortunately i can't.

Hehe, I'd say it passes as dubstep.

Its not the kinda stuff I'd listen to normally. But the vocals arent so imposing that they drown out the bass. I liked that.

thanks bro, ya this style is extremely sensitive for me, in the sense that there are only a very few select artists that keep my attention. i'm working on a dj set right now that really incorporates a cool futuristic tribal beats kinda vibe (lots of subs and cool synths and laid back tempos combined with sexy vocals like this) and i guess that kinda translated over to my composition a bit ;)
