Cheap but decent turntable

Hello

 

 

 

On a budget — lets say £50?!!! — I'd appreciate any recommendations for a semi-decent turntable (or is it the needle I should be more concerned about?).

 

Second-hand is obviously fine. I would like to be able to record/sample from it and, ideally, it would be somewhat portable but I'm sure this is incredibly idealistic.
