Need help with movie title

This has been driving me crazy for the last 3 hours... I saw this movie maybe 3-4 years ago and was in the middle of watching a film today when one of the scenes reminded me of this forgotten lego piece.

Details:

The protagonist is a female photographer

Her and the husband/boyfriend leave to go on vacation by train to some foreign location... I think it was Russia.

They meet a younger couple who end up to being drug dealers who are also being tailed by some clever cop.

I remember they stored the drugs in one of those Matryoshka dolls.

The protagonist ends up killing the male from the younger couple, leaving his in the snow near some abandoned church.
