My sisX0r does this. She's been on some soap opera cable show featuring figure skaters. All those pro skaters are completely insane in a way that makes rock stars look well balanced.

dude, yesterday they showed an accident that happened, i guess a few years ago maybe, the guy and gal were doing spins but got to close, the guy clipped her on the cheek and there was blood all over. fucked up, tripped me out.
