Guest Benedict Cumberbatch
really enjoyed their love on the sea ep. don't know much about them but they're local i think. Quote Lots of psych-rock heads really flipped for Wooden Shjips, but I always felt there was something a little lacking there. Moon Duo, who include at least one Wooden Shjip, dig a bit deeper into the same hypnotic, droning biker-growl groove on Escape (after two EPs last year) and hit a cosmic G-spot. Over four long songs (adding up to 28 minutes), these two get wig out on lunar dust, setting loose a steady rhythm on each track and then painting over it with lush swipes of fuzz and wah-wah guitar, stately keyboards and spectral-echo vocals. Sweet and heavy, not unlike Loop and The Warlocks meeting up and getting down. http://www.soundfixrecords.com/products/moon-duo-escape Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/53588-moon-duo-escape/ Share on other sites
