the Behringer DDM4000 is really good, and reasonably cheap!

i do have my eye on it but i've heard bad stories about behringer

but then again i'm using a denon mixer right now and i'm sure lots of people hate on denon too

i'd say numark is a "better" brand (whatever that means), but that gemini looks ok too.... you really need to hear both in action to decide properly i guess.

I've owned both and the Numark lasted longer, but it still wasn't very clean (crackle from the FX pots, bleed through of channels via the crossfader).

don't buy behringer. Their mixers all bleed channels really bad, and have lots of bg noise. Unless this isn't an issue.

Numark should be okay for the time until you can get a nice one :)

They make really good products quite often, at good price points, they just don't have very durable build quality imo.

I knew two people that had a cdx and they were the coolest cdj's I've ever messed with, but they both broke into conditions that were too expensive to fix and they returned them.

Yes, for real. But it was a cheap Numark, something I bought as a senior in high school back in 1996.

I'll sell you my unused Behringer. PM me.

It was a cheaper unit so it may have just been that model.

But on the real, I have a DDM4000 which has only been used for about an hour just gathering dust at home. Also have some used 12's.

PM me if interested.
