Recommended Posts

show the I/O devices (CTRL + ALT + I)

then route the channel with the vst into another channels input, and make sure its set to "In" on the input of the new channel

it doesnt work with the return channel?

The thing is, I have 5 instruments on my single sample instrument (symphonic orchestra) so if I take your advice and route the channel to another ones input and set that to in as you say - it's going to add reverb to all of them. I only want it to affect 2 instruments in total.

1) enable output through indivudual outputs (this is another vst)

you might have to enable the vst to send audio to indivudual channels like where the 1 one is

2) choose which channel to route

does it look something like this in the input menu?

do you have individual outputs from every channel in the vst?

you should be able to do it, but I've never used that vst
