Your PS3 not working?

So all, or most, of the PS3 older "fat" models currently are not working properly. Can't log into PSN. Can't play any games that have DLC. Can't play any games that have trophies. The problem seems to have to do with the PS3s internal clock or something. When I turned on my PS3 the date and time was set to midnight december 31st 1999. Weird I know...

i didn't have this error but my PS3's drive died the instant after i did a firmware update, it's fucking depressing

oh no, a glitch. i'd say it's light years better than hard drives and motherboards crashing. the PS3 is slowly owning the competition, and for good reason. considering multiple universities are using them to test black hole simulations, it might be safe to say they're more powerful.

My Fat PS3 is fine, no glitch to report, aside from it being over weight.

Ever since I ditched my X360 for a PS3 I've been suffering from bad online support, shitty media capabilities and lower framerates. You can boast about the cell processor, the convoluted architecture and hardware stability all you want. My PS3 isn't offering me a better experience than my 360 ever did (before it crashed.) I wish I invested in a new PC. Fucking exclusives pushing me towards these crapmachines.

idk.. i've never needed technical support, orr had any system crash on me. stop throwing them out the window, maybe?

Hehe. My English probably failed on me, I meant that FIFA has trouble connecting to other players. Sometimes I have to go through 10+ attempts to get a match going. Never had that on the Xbox. But yeah "online support" to get that fixed sucks too. Enable upnp, put it in a DMZ, forward these ports, blablabla. Doesn't work, my NAT type is correct, PSN is broken.
