corn cat - this past year [previously music for electric piano]

it's about the melodies on this. i tried to disregard synth sounds, modern technology, and production as much as possible without hurting the melodic lines. i wanted it to create a distinctive atmosphere and sort of melodic "way of being." i find that the lo-fi style makes it sound more pure. some of you will notice that some of these tracks were on another album i posted - that album has been trashed and reworked into something new. i'll post that one soon as well - as an "official release" on bandcamp.
