I'm ready to spring for a new one soon. My powermac g5 is about done. I'm eyeing a new MacBook pro but they are long over due for a refresh. Could be tomoorow or could be I June. Grrr.

But yea smash it with a bat in a field with a no talent ass clown

Perhaps you could donate it.

if anyone's wondering i had backed up all my music & am currently transferring that's why i'm listening to ae's discog

This is my worst nightmare because I'm listening to some Funk D'Void on my Western Digital My Book 1TB this very second and I think about it being only one of the "21 weeks" worth of music on it. If something happened, it would probably be seppuku time. I have only spotty backup in the form of CD-R and DVD in a billion binders strewn about the house. How did you backup your stuff?

i backed up to variously branded dvd-rs everytime i accumulated about 4.4gb... they are all neatly organized in a bindor

the hardest thing besides the wait of transferring this way is all the individual updates to already established artist folders

every time someone came out with a new release i backed that up and now i have to keep clicking "yes" to merge folders

i transferred all my movies from my other old my book with no problems wish i could say the same for my book number 1
