You are drunk A.K.A almost a hooligan ..

I don't trust drunk people , because when they re-call the experience they, make shit up ..

Go to the fucking local newspapers , and tell them about your drunk experience .. i bet the motherfuckers at the BNP will see you as a prophet ..

Fuck nationalism ..

nah, most clubs and bars won't allow "sports wear" in their place.

few weeks ago, watching rugby game with local team's rugby shirt on in pub, then tried to go to casino afterwards to watch some boxing. they told me to fuck off on the door, i was trashed so i pointed at some people going into the casino with tracksuit jogging bottoms on and started to get shouty.

anyway, they apologised, but "policy", etc.

load of bollocks. but i guess it's to stop fights.

sure i respect that wholeheartedly but why let me in in the first place when they knew very well all i had is sports tops on after being at the game a few hours earlier. if they said at the door, you can't come in.. i'd be fine about it.. but letting me in, then harrasing me all night, isnt my idea of a good night..

In public, unfortunately you often become identified through what you are wearing.. and it sounds to me as though the staff at this venue you went to may have had some preconceived notions of you and how you might behave through wearing football team merchandise. They might have had a really bad experience with another person wearing similar clothes in their bar possibly? I don't obviously agree with what they did but their behaviour to me might not seem as "wtf"? as most might think, because there's a reason somewhere behind their decisions.

Personally, I find people who wear football tops to have patriotic/nationalistic tendencies. It's bad because I might not have even spoken to the person/stranger to get to know them, but everyone is very quick to judge another person through what they wear which is a sad truth because you're probably a cool guy.

I didnt touch a bouncer.. i touched the little shit of a manager.

and there was no discrimination to them by me, only when the younger manager was being hostile towards me.. the old manager said i was racist towards him, when all i did was question him why i cant wear the track top, of the local team, if it was such a problem, why did they let me back in. i wasnt looking for trouble.

but whatever, i was pissed off about it last night, today its a mega lol.

yeah.. just think about how much custom they'll lose during the cup finals when everyone will be wearing national football shirts.

Also whilst it was clear you weren't intent on causing any aggro, you can surely see why they asked you to cover up the football stuff in the first place, right? Regardless of club/country colours and it being hometown colours there's always people out there who'll take on it. If they'd have seen you wearing it the moment you arrived they more than likely would have flat out said no. If I was going out afterwards I'd have just left it all at home.

Crips

Even if you are gonna call your club "Crisps", you would at least expect them to spell it correctly.

foods in the tone of 'go to the fuckin store'

patayda chips

apple cracker thangies

carrots in brown paper bag
