Guest futuregirlfriend
Check that as well as the 20 pin power cable, you've also plugged the 4 pin into where that goes, if needed. Usually it's the upper left of the cpu. Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/54124-pc-help-please/#findComment-1264563 Share on other sites
GORDO
you have to wait until it switches off and on 32 times on a 32bit system or 64 times on a 64bit one, because it is booting one bit at a time, the 33rd and 65th are the charm. Guest 277: 930-933
Maybe the socket's fucked? Which would mean getting a new motherboard... Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/54124-pc-help-please/#findComment-1265429 Share on other sites
Guest viscosity
do you hear any beeps on POST or are you sure its a power issue? if the latter I would try reconnecting but you could just have a faulty new PSU Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/54124-pc-help-please/#findComment-1265434 Share on other sites
