Oh yeah I've been listening to the new record for the pat few days...very impressive. First thing it reminded me of was Flying Lotus also. He seems like a very talented guy

Heard this stuff a few years back (the self-titled that is). It was okay, but kind of faded to me really quickly.

The self titled is fucking great. This is a lot different sounding. Way more digital, less sample based.

His production is great. He layers beats like a champ.

Anyone know when the band became one person? I remember reading an article about them a few years ago and there were at least three people in the band at that time.

i used to talk to this dude on myspace about 5 years ago quite a bit. i have a cd from back in those days of his and his sound has matured a lot in those 5 years.

got this today, its definitely pretty good. track 11. The Eye (feat. Ikey Owens) is amazingly awful. like delete the track from the album awful. otherwise its worth a few spins for sure

Really liked the EP. Didn't know he had an album coming out. Bout time.

I've checked out some past songs and they really didn't do much for me, maybe too generic or something. Anyway I just listened to a few songs from the new one and it seems more my style. Might have to pick it up.

I've played some others too and I guess it's a different direction from his past stuff, but at the same time it is reminiscent of Flying Lotus and others...so hmmm.

but the 'new one' is generic crap.....
