This is rapidly becoming the new Parhelic Triangle. It's dirtier than a crow's beak and I think I am addicted to that snare that pops up out of darkness every now and again

Question is, is it a thwack?

it's a phat acid bass track that took so much acid it ended up curling into a little ball and rolling around all over the place cuz it feels so epically delicious to do so

that occasional snare.. i know what you mean and i like that sound. it almost sounds like an electronic rimshot to me, or a wood block or something (cuz of that little bit of tone in it)

aside from the textures, i really like the patterns/rhythms in this track... one of my favorites on the album

also a fav of mine.... if not my fav on oversteps.... the chords and melodies under the muck are sublime!
