I have a project going on (willing to pay) for a software project, however I'm not getting much attention. Does anyone know any good forums that would be good to post it to?

i dunno. try and get some buzz going on sourceforge, or freshmeat, or on slashdot in the form of an intriguingly put 'ask slashdot' submission?

maybe the msdn microsoft developers network, or the microsoft usenet groups (which are very active and very moderated).
