The cure to a John Wayne

After a fucking long and fucking strenuous training session, my whole body's fucked.

But walking around is the worst. Can anyone help?

Should I use Vaseline or just moisturiser the shit out of said area.

Youre opinions please.

Man, I got John Wayne like a motherfucker after work last night.

lolz, yeh ive had a few John Waynes in my day, usually got the worst ones at middle of the summer 12 hour festivals. My solution was usually just to get really stoned and be really lazy for a few days after. No advice here.

I was kinda overweight when I got em in Jr high going to warped tour and shit yeh... Pretty sure I never got one when I was in decent shape, but I could be wrong.

You need to straddle a frozen turkey, taking care not to get it stuck to your thighs.

If that happens then you've got a whole new set of problems.

I used to get them when I was fat in my younger days, I would recommend some kind of moisturizing lotion. Also, put down the fork.
