This is so pointless, it may have worked in the 30s but not today

we should do away with it and compensate by having everyone go ahead or back a half hour

i love moving my clock ahead, the first night when it's still light out at 7 feels so great. i really cannot wait for the summer.

the end of the year's uni work is the threshhold for me, and i'm close to it now. can't wait to arse around for a few months in the sun blasting out klezmer while leisurely getting pissed on whatever booze i can afford

Just found out about the english name today, and I definetly prefer the english description "daylight- saving- time" to the german Sommer-/Winterzeit (summer-/wintertime).

isn't the spring clock shift actually the "normal time"? i always thought the winter time was the fucked up one, getting less sunlight, etc...

so, i don't really mind that one hour of night less in the spring, it really means one hour of sunlight more. YAY!!!

oh, and i'm seeing autechre tonight, and when we get together it will be still day - isn't that totally awesome? spring FTW!!!
