I wasn't there so i don't know for sure but sounds like it. Most triumphant. I noise. Notice the giggles and exclamations of disbelief from the audience.

Yeah this is definitely the Birmingham show, with the green laser. The fact that it's filmed from the right side of the stage (from the crowd's perspective), where the acts walked on and off, makes me think it could easily be Sean and Rob. I saw Rob using his phone at the side of the stage after AE had finished, perhaps he was uploading this?

Yeah, definitely is Birmingham. I can hear myself scream at the silence around 4 minutes in. Sean (presumably) then chuckles. lol
