I just rewatched HGTTG

And i must have been loaded last time i saw it cause it was just terrible. i mean, it had some decent points, but in general it was just fucking stupid. sorry for being totally zaz about this, but i also just reread the book, which is still simply awesome, and had a curiosity for the movie, which happened to be playing tonight and christ. at ;east marvin was somewhat redeemable.

im sure the book was infinitely better, but as someone who had never read the book, i really liked the movie...

yes i read the wikipedia page after watching the film 2 years ago and even quote sentences were funnier.

maybe it was just me but i hated that female actress for being too pretty and stealing the show. her and her fucking white costume. fucking white tight costume fucking ruined it, her fucking round ass, fucking bitch

When the movie came out I didnt know the books at all and I laughed my tits off.

Afterwards I bought the books and forgot about the movie. So thanks to the "ok" movie, I had such a wonderful experience with HGTTG

grapes of wrath was a great movie but i guess at the time it was made the book wasn't classic.
