Last night I had quite a few games of Outrun 2 at the arcade with a lady, certainly required less of a subscription charge....

This isn't some online dating service for gamers, you're paying some digital escourt to frag you $6.60 per 10 min? I can only imagine how depressed you'd feel after that session. Prostitution is easy to understand but paying someone to spend time with you/interact with you is just something else.

I wouldn't really entertain the idea of becoming involved with some girl from an online game. Sure the distance would be frustrating but the big thing is she'd probably be beastly and bonkers. When I was about 16 my friend got an internet girlfriend on Furcadia. I really had no idea what the game was all about at the time. No concept of furries, fursonas, furesecution etc. Time passed and she revealed she was considerably older than she first said she was. She was in her mid-30s I think, which seemed way old back then, and fairly blubberous too but he was ok with that. She mailed him a package of American delights including Twinkies, a Dale Earnhardt tshirt (no idea who this was at the time) and a purple teddy bear. I'm not sure what happened between them but one day he asked me to come out and take photos of him burning all the stuff she sent. No idea what he's doing with himself lately. He says he has a Japanese girlfriend. I've never seen her and where he found one in this little city of potato faced honkies I do not know.
