I didn't find much in the search when I put in 'emancipator' and I don't know if he's known at all. I heard of him from his submission to Bonobo's contest where people entered a track for him to remix.

 

Anyway I got his album from January of this year and I'm really enjoying it, it's not entirely dissimilar to some of the stuff on Bonobo's latest album and maybe a little bit like Helios too. I recommend the album, its called Safe In The Steep Cliffs and he's selling it for not much on his site.
