came across kammerflimmer kollektief when searching last.fm for artists similar to jaga jazzist, anyone know this group and can describe them?

I believe Jan Jelinek did a collaboration with them, it was boring.

i only have their album 'cicadidae' it's nice enough but i wouldn't really recommend it to anyone, wouldn't say they're all that similar to jaga jazzist either.

yeah in listening to them i'm finding a lot less of what i like about jaga jazzist

I don't know about jaga jazzist, but I love the very little I"ve heard of Kammerflimmer... very interesting stuff, at least.

the little bit of what i've listened to by this band sounds far more like frank zappa than jaga jazzist

honestly i've never heard anything all that similar to jaga jazzist, but whenever i listen to them, they remind me of mats/morgan. i definitely see the zappa similarities though.

and on a side note, morgan agren is a drumming god. he was also thomas haake's drum teacher.
