I was vaguely aware that Mike P has kept some of the tunes from his and Rich's session and released them for free on the Planet Mu forums.... would any watmmers be free to share them with me as I don't think I have them/I take it there is more than just this one track?

On a related note: could someone explain the falling out it seems those two had? Maybe I'm just assuming this though.

link so I can hear this?

There's other tracks besides Brivert and Muons, but I doubt Richard nor Mike would ever let them see the light of day. Mike and Rich is funny because it was the product of two musical geniuses drunk and high as kites when they made it (according to Mike).

I get the impression that the relationship is peachy, just very limited in terms of actual contact. They've got their own labels and personal things to attend to.

Back when I was at the first ever Glade festival around 2004, I actually saw Aphex Twin sitting at the back of the main stage tent during the early afternoon, watching Mike P's set. I stopped and chatted to him, but being 19, I ran out of things to say to him after 15 mins and this other guy recognised him too and kind of took over chatting to him. The 3 of us ended up smoking a couple of joints together and he told me that he and Mike didn't actually get on that well any more, and they hadn't spoke properly in a couple of years..

I used to bump into him quote a lot at all the London dj sets he used to play around 2003-2006 but never properly speak to him again other than to shake his hand or something dumb.

i was under the impression that Brivert and Muons was a really really really shit track that sounded nothing like the tracks on the album.

until i discovered the youtube link in this thread. can't believe i had a fucking fake mp3.

i'm glad to say the real one is genius in comparison.
