I was recently aware of the remastered version of Yara, and this is good news as well.

Yeah, I just got my remastered Yara disc, really nice! I've always thought it might be the best thing he's done really, so I'm glad they finally released it on cd. I like Herbstlaub a lot too, but his more recent stuff is a little samey to me...

Herbstlaub is one of those albums that you know it is a classic after one listen.

herbstlaub is what familiarized me to marsen jules. its a truly mesmerizing album. nothing else of his has quite lived up to it

but i still love everything that he has done. i'm eager to see what his next proper release will sound like, i have a feeling it will

be something very special.
