Guest Sprigg
So I've been trying to add the dmi hammer VST (a mallet-instrument) into FL Studio, but it's not working: http://dmi.smartelectronix.com/hammer.html I have loads and loads of VSTs that work just fine, it's in my VST Plugins folder, which is one of the folders I have FL set to scan for plugins... but it refuses to show up in my list of plugins. I've restarted FL, restarted my computer, moved the file out of and back into the folder... Any ideas? BCM
have you gone into FL and asked it to rescan your folder? you need to actually go into the list of plugins and tell it to rescan. go into CHANNELS > ADD ONE, then click on More.. at the top of the list which will bring up another menu, then click on the Refresh button at the bottom right hand corner of the menu and choose Fast Scan (or whatever it says that's like that). Once it's scanned, any new found VSTs will appear as red text in the list and you need to tick the box next to the new VST to make it available to use. It does pretty much anything and everything else I could want or need... although atm my soundcard can't properly run Asio4all, so I cant use my MIDI keyboard with it.
